Understanding video attempts and failed video tasks

Plan generations by resolution and distinguish waiting, status errors, confirmed failure and payment refunds.

Each generation uses one attempt

Each generation uses one video attempt for a 15-second, 480p, 16:9 MP4 with the original reference music and no watermark. There is no resolution-based price selector in the current generator. Creating another task uses another attempt even if you keep the same two photos.

Plan around the available balance

One-time packs contain 1 video for $7.99, 3 for $19.90, or 9 for $49.90 USD, with no expiry. Guests and signed-in users pay the same price. Check your remaining attempts before submitting and keep the existing task link while it is processing.

Waiting is not confirmed failure

Generation time depends on the provider’s queue, with no guaranteed completion time. If a status request is temporarily unavailable, revisit the existing task before paying or submitting again. A normal page refresh does not automatically cancel a created task. Keep its ID so progress and any later issue can be checked.

Check video attempts after confirmed failure

video attempts consumed by a confirmed failed generation are returned. A video attempts return is separate from a cash refund, and dissatisfaction with a completed output does not automatically establish failure. If a failed task’s balance does not look right, contact support with the task ID, status and time, without sending card details or passwords.
